我们用单词书背单词是一种无视觉影像的刺激，这种刺激不如听觉刺激明显。所以，对于某些单词来说，单纯根据书本来记忆效果是不太好的，而这时候如果有单词的讲解配合，就会起到事半功倍的效果。

 

通过阅读来扩大词汇量加强词汇学习，首先要扩大学习词汇的广度和深度。所谓“广度”就是通过广泛阅读( 即泛读)不断扩大词汇量。当词汇达到一定量的时候，每天坚持在课余时间读一些杂志、报纸、小说等读物。在选择读物时，要注意选择内容新颖、有趣味、贴近生活的短小读物，生词量要适中。
